Susan Williams has been involved in different types of art media since her childhood. She has worked in fabric, yarn, stained glass, drawing, oils, watercolor and collage, and was an original member of Greenville Brushstrokes. Her enjoyment in working with watercolor comes from the clarity, lightness and serendipitous nature of the watercolors.

Harvey Wooten

Ms. Harvey Sharp Wooten is a passionate and strong supporter of the arts in every way. She serves on the board of directors of the Pitt County Arts Council and The Art Lab in Greenville bears her name. Harvey takes costume and vintage jewelry pieces and “reimagines” them into works of art.

Candace Sturgill

Candace Sturgill is a self-taught artist whose works have won prizes and been featured in art shows. Her passion is paper art including paper bead jewelry and quilling, which is the ancient art of paper filigree. She is a retired Free Methodist pastor and chaplain with a BA in Religious Studies.

Karen Warren

Karen Warren

Originally from East Lansing Michigan, Karen Warren retired from a career at ECU and embarked on an art career. She loves the discovery and experimentation aspect of creating art. She makes a variety of jewelry, mixed media, painting, and printmaking.

Brenda Hughes

Hughes

Brenda Hughes spends her time creating cigar box journals. Each journal is crafted with love in her home studio. The journals offer a mix of writing papers surrounded by beautifully colored specialty papers within the cigar box covers. She offers the journals to honor and celebrate the act of “writing” your own passage.

Liz Steiner

Liz Steiner

Liz Steiner received her MFA in Metal Design from East Carolina University, and her BFA in Jewelry/Metals and Enameling from Kent State University, where she also earned a minor in Geology. Liz is the Marketing Manager for Pocosin Arts School of Fine Crafts.

DeAnn Daniel

DeAnn L. Daniel, Deeski Love Art, is a mixed media artist who wants to show how art can beautiful and inspiring at the same time as it is thought provoking and powerful. Her series, Black Flower Power, is featured at the gallery in multiple forms - originals, prints, stickers, and more.
